I have the original keyless entry remote that came with my 01 TL and the original ignition key. I used to have another set but lost it at the beach, go figure. Thanks very much for the info everyone. By the way my second gen is coming on 124,000 and it runs like a clock. It's in amazing shape and gets fully detailed by me every week.

 

1. The keyless entry remote are made different. The 99-01 an 02-03 the different b/c of the is ECU.

2. You can go buy blank keys, but you still going need Honda/Acura dealer to program for you. Call a dealer an ask how much they charge just program a key
