hey guys.. i have a 2000 tl and i want to change my rear tail lights. i've been searching around, and found the oems some oems for about 350 and the aftermakets one for 264. then i saw these http://www.procarparts.com/store-det...=onlinestoreDB im curious if anyone have ever bought these? and if they look similar to the oem ones? and should i get them? since they're about 171 including wire harness and bulds. thanx in advance

 

They look like the '03 tailights...

 

i got these from procarparts. The turn signal light doesnt fit but all the rest do. you will need a harness, or make something to make them stay, or tape them. i think matrix racing has some? but i dont know if thats the same situation maybe someone can chime in.

 

I say SAVE UP A BIT LONGER (be patient), young grasshopper, and get the lights that will make you recall the exact feeling of happiness and contentment day after day instead of the sorrow thinking of the misfortune you experience replaceing lights for those that will never, ever, ever be exactly what you wanted.

haha wtf... i mean if you get some oem 02/03 you'll still need the harness. (though there are some with and without harness). its your money but i dont have any problems with mine.

 

dude i got those from procarpart.... they are completely FINE.. nothing wrong with them i dont know what signal thing hes talking about but i just installed mine about a week ago... it was like 170 plus 18$ shipping came out to approximately 190 including m/o... and he gives you amber bulbs which saves you 10$.. soo good luck with that trust me the car looks awesome with the red/clear versus the stupid orange

You remove your trunk lining, remove about 6-8 nuts, remove the harness, remove the old tails, put in the new tails, reinstall. Easy.

 

DEPO aftermarket tails, sold by MatrixRacing and Procarparts on ebay and their websites. Do a search on this website, a lot of info has already been posted about these tails.

 

I've installed the same pair. They fit perfectly. No Problems.

 

they euro tails fit quite nicely, and give a very nice look and also adds 17hp if installed properly with the right fine tuning.
