My questions are ...

Would you notice any different if you just switch the tires to 225/50/16 without dropping the car ?

Also would you notice any different if you just drop the car without changing the tire?

Another question, when you guys install the sway bar, you did it your self or by a body shop? If you did it yourself, do you have to remove the factory one ??? And what are the benefit of installing sway bar ??

1. Put 225/55/16 tires on your stock wheels. It will make a huge difference if you get more sporty tires.

2. Sway bars decrease side-to-side roll during cornering. If you slam on the brakes or floor it, your car will still dive or squat.

I've got stock tires on my lowered TL, there is a difference, ride height is lowered, handling is a bit more tight, but would be a heck of a lot better if I upgraded tires as well. I have sways too, but they are waiting to be put in..You are taking off the stock sways and putting these in..I am installing them myself

Let me know how the sway installs go too. If I can do 'em myself, I'd do 'em myself. Save some money.

 

I plan on documenting the install with pics and details, kinda like my spring install documentation..
