Question for those with NOS

Does anyone else have the check engine light illuminated? This problem happened on my car. It disengages when I take it in for service but after 100 or so miles it returns. The service technician said it is because I ran NOS through my cat converter. Any thoughts?

Hey D, remember when I was at acura and your car was there. I talk to the technician that was working on your car because I know him pretty well. He told me that you had the engine light because of the cat converter was bad, because you were running NOS. I told him that the same thing happen to me without NOS. They replaced the cat with a new one. This was at 49k miles so I was still under warranty.

In my opinion I say is not the NOS. Has this happen to anyone else without NOS.

If you ever make it out of Northern Cuba, hit me up. :p If the Check Engine light is on, I can diagnose it with my OBDII scantool software.

Well, you were probably running too lean and melted the catalyst.
