Question on PIAA Super Whites
I am trying to buy the 9006's to use in my wife's car to replace her low beams. Is it OK to use for the low beams? Will the connectors fit?
I am asking because the site I am trying to buy them from is giving me a hard time. Stupid me I guess for stating why I was buying them. Is $62 per pari a good price?
Anyway, thanks for the help.

OK, sorry for the confusion. Let me clarify.
My wife's car is a Volvo, it does not have HID's. I want to replace the standard low beams with something brighter without going through the expense of adding HID's.

The Sylvania SilverStar is a little brighter than the PIAA SuperWhite & PIAA Xtreme White. I've personally gone through all three pairs and the SilverStar gives you the whitest and brightest light and at a lower price than PIAA. There's also a $10 rebate for SilverStars so you can get them for about $40/pair now. Don't ever get those other asian bulbs such as Raybrig, Polarg, Razo, Catz, etc because they are not DOT approved and they are probably putting out less than the 1000 lumens +/- 15% required for a 9006 bulb. That's how those asian bulbs are able to exceed the 3800-4000K temperature mark and going all the way up to 4500K with the heavy blue coating on the bulb.

I have the 9006 SilverStars in my Avalon and they work fine. It's a fine line between light color and lumens. The SilverStars do a pretty good job. I think the 9006's still throw 1000 lumens while giving you close to 4000K light color. If you want even more light, you can take a set of 9005's (high beam bulbs) and modify the connector to fit into the low beams. I've seen the mod and it definitely gives you more light. My cousin did it on his 850T.
