Question on brake lines

I was browsing thru Tim's sale section, and I came across the Comptech Stainless brake lines. It says that the 97-98 3.0 have 6 lines ? Why ?

I probably misworded my question. I was asking why this particular model has 6 lines compared to the normal 4.

Funny, I just changed them on my brother's CL...the rear brake lines are split into 2 lines. One is about 8 inches long and the other is about 4 inches long. Comptech discontinued the brake lines for the CL (although the do have a few pairs left). Goodridge makes a set too though and they are only a 4 piece set rather than a 6 piece. The don't make the smallest rear line.
