Question About TL Headrest

Let me start buy saying, I did try searching but it really wasnt any help.. Can you replace 2001 headrest with the nicer rounded headrest from the 02-03? Are they just plug and play?

Aren't they unchanged from '99 to '03? Only the Type-S has different shaped headrests. Anyway, yes they are PnP.
