Question about removing gauge...

Hi ppl...

I am just wondering... when you remove the gauge, do u just remove the speedo (the pin thing... ) as well? How do you do that? And I heard it's better not to touch that part 'coz it might not read accurately after you put it back... any opinions on this thought?

hey look in the faq section under installing tls gauges but to answer your question you remove the gauge face which is connected to the needle part....i dont think touching this will mess up to much stuff but to be safe i would leave it alone...

I've read the FAQ but I am still confused about this... see, if the needle is connected to the gauge, then when changing the gauge, we have to take the needle from our original gauge and put them on the new gauge, right? Or is there anyway to take off the gauge without touching the needles? Thanks.

the needle and the gauges are all one assembly...when you remove one you will remove both...they are all together....
