Question about OEM Bodykit?
Was thinking about adding the body kit to my ride, but i wanted to know if it is actually worth it. I know that w/ many body kits it's sometimes so low that if you hit a speed bump it'll crack (also w/ going up/down driveways). Anyone out there w/ any regrets on their TL bodykits? Also any sites out there for good deals on the kits?
Next big challenge is trying to convince the wifey to let me get it.

No regrets whatsoever! I guess the only concern of scraping.. say the chin would be with if you had springs installed. Otherwise with the stock "Outback" looking height, I've never had a problem scraping anything.

No problems...so far so good. (Crossing fingers)
I'm thinking about lowering though. Kinda miss watching out for dips/bumps/pot holes/*******s/curbs/rabbits/people...

many find the car still to high with the bodykit, and the thing is...if you park beside a pre-02 TL, we stand higher because we have the 17 inch rims.
and to convince your wife...simple, just show her a TL-S with bodykit... the difference is too big to not notice... there's a chance that she might not like it... but high unlikely
