First of all.. do you know what offset your wheels are and what kind of tires you are running..

My guess, you are running +40 offset with 235/40/18 tires..

and if so, you can lower about an inch.. your best bet is the H&R OE.. but from what people who have these say.. the drop settles at about 1.25 inches..

You will probably get some rubbing during turns and bumpy roads.. but no worries, alot of people just roll their fenders or trim the bumper tab to minimize the rubbing.. but you will still get some..

I see this site has them for 169.00, does the ride change much with these springs and I know how to install them myself but do you know around how much shops generally charge to install?

A good performance shop should charge no more than $100-$140 for the install. And don't forget about an alignment after you get springs too...
I got my springs installed w/alignment for $140 total..

Where are you located? There may be members here from the same area that can recommend a place for you..

As for the ride quality, I have comptechs and it rides only a bit stiffer than stock.. which is what I wanted. But the big difference is the looks, cornering, and stop&go.

The one bad thing I've heard about the H&R from 2 people who have them.. is that they are getting camber issues which is leading to premature tire wear on the inside of the tire..
