I want to get the lights just like El Pana's, however, I wanted to know if they are HID or if you can make them HID?

I called this place near where I live and they said that the kit is like $70 and then another 50-60 to install, does this seem right?

I thought I remember El Pana saying that the light kit cost around 200?

not sure what you mean? i looked at el pana's whip, the heads look the same

You need to get the 98-02, 4 Door 4 cycl, Accord Fog kit (other such as the Coupe or V6 version might work). They are not HID (duh since the 98-02 Accord don't even have HID headlights) but you can install HID kit (but they are illegal but still can buy it on ebay).

The kit cost $200+ so I doubt the place you called is right. It comes with mounting brackets, fogs, harness, relay, and switch.

FYI, you can buy the parts of the kit separately if you just want to get the wiring harness, relays and switch and add your lights.
