Sup yall. I bought a 02' cupholder for 4 bucks. I need to know which 2 tabs to cut off. I know if I cut the wrong ones off It'll be lose. Thanx for da help yall.

if my memory serves me correctly, you don't "cut" them off... It's better for your to "sand" them off... because it's only the two little tabs sticking out that you need to smooth out.

you could use an exacto blade, I used sissors... it's a worry free mod..just cut it and pop it in..

dont cut off 1. i did and mine was loose. there are 2 little slots that they will slide into.

I think you were the one that said your friend screwed it up by cutting (1). thx for da info, I cut (2) with a hot knife and it fits perfectly. I cant believe how much of an improvement the 02' is.

i accidently cut off both and it was loose anyways so i just stuck some double sided tape to the bottom, not it will not even budge
