Purple Haze

Anyone with an Aegean Blue TL ever notice a purple haze when you look at it at certain angles and varying light ? I washed my car 2 days ago and when I parked it this morning, it looked a little purple on hood at different angles in the sunlight.

Don't hate on the blue pearl, it's definitely unique. I get so many compliments on the color alone it's not even funny. Now I just need to figure what type of wheels to go with it. This is going to be fun.

kool, so it's suppose to look that way. Problem is, my car has that nasty road dust on it now
Guess it's better than that green pollen layer you get later in the year.

The pollen is so bad here in Florida it almost made me wait to purchase my car till the season was over. I have the thickest layer of it all over and if I wash my car 10 minutes later it's coated again. It's ridiculous, so right now I just enjoy the inside of my car.

Type S Lady: Welcome aboard! Where in Florida are you located? My brother and I are showing our cars (modded 98CL & 02 TL-S respectively) at Tuner Bash in Daytona Beach on Sat & Sun (March 22nd & 23rd). If you're in the area swing through...it's always nice meeting fellow board members...that goes for anyone in nearby Florida!!!

No matter how clean you keep you car......our color attracts dust like flies to a pile of $hit.
It's one of the tradeoff's......beautiful color, but a beech to maintain. Dust and even minute scratches are so visible.
