Sorry, don't know anything about pulley's.

This is why everyone should order from Tim. The part would have been correct the first time.

i agree ac3200, tim is the way! just ask for your money back, its their fault if the order was wrong and it doesnt fit.
if not then....
have someone drive you their, tell him to hold on, walk up with a ski mask and the pulley as HARD AS YOU CAN chuck em straight into the window, then you run and gun.... =P
hope you get your problem fixed!

why did you even go back then?

sounds like time to either fight them or chalk up loss, but either way find a new garage.

I just order the AEM pulleys from Tim. I hope I don't have a hard time installing them. I'm planning on doing it myself, but if it too difficult, I'm taking it to a mechanic or the dealer. I heard that they show a noticible gain and no problems on the battery. Will see how they peform after I install them.

first of all, they don't take apart your engine when they install the pulleys.

second, why the hell would your shop get you the wrong pulleys on purpose?

There is no noticeable gain at all. Pulleys suck and they make your accessory lights dim. Also it is even worse for your car to idle after you install them.
