Product ideas needed.....

Hi All,
I'm in the proces of talking to my friends company to do some plastic molding for me.
What products for our TL would you like to see in the market place...I know theres
alot of JDM parts that are not readily available here in the USA.

So lets say if you could get your hands on anything made of plastic for your car...what would it be. And whats a competitive price for it.

My first product would probably be the JDM window visors. And also maybe a standard/double DIN radio kit to replace our stock stereo

Anything else???? Speaker spacers? more ideas...the better chance of you all getting these great products at an affordable price.

I love the TL and always wished there were more parts for my 99 TL.
I know alot of you would jump at the chance of getting a foglight enclosure that would fit the stock bumper..right???

So lets hear from all of you...!!!

I like the double din kit replacement idea. And have it in the original dash color would be very cool. That way I can get the Kenwood kit and don't have to deal with doing custom work at alll

Double din, speaker spacers would also be good, but would have to be competitive compared to Crutchfield prices ($12.50) I think.

FYI, when your "friend" is ready to sell his products, make sure he comes to see me so we can set him up as an official vendor on the site..

As long as they are not the *sticky kind, this is a great idea!

I'd like the window visors as well, but I don't like the fact that it is taped on and doesn't mount into the slot where the mirrors is guided into... Beside, it should cost only 70-100 at most for a set like that.

I'm a UW Grad too, BA Class of 2003

Is there any interest in Rear view mirrors with the signals built into them? Like those of the Newer Mercedes?

funny how you posted all those Items window guards, double din, and fogs. I've managed to customize all those on my TL already. Oh well too late!

I would love clear headlight guards for the second gen like the ones I had on my Eagle Talon. They were from Wade and just clamped on. Came in either clear (what I had) and smoked.

I have a set of urethane "peel and stick's" from McNeil Automotive (Weather Tech) but haven't put them on successfully yet (they include guards for the fog lights).
