Problems with re-wiring fogs?

This is a question for everyone that has done the fog modification on their TL... for everyone that has done the modification by simply attaching the wires together using nothing but the two wires and turning them together and then taping it with eletrical tape and nothing more, have you encountered yourself with any type of problems?

this is a con to doing the mod, but only affects people who like to leave their lights on and walk away letting them turn off by them selves.

I have the same problem with you. Is this a result from the MOD, or do you think we have defective ballast? Because I can't see how it would affter the right headlight like that

It's deff from the mod.just turn off the fogs and try it to make sure.

BTW It's extremly hard on your ballast to let them blink with your alarm. You should try to minimumize the firing of the bulbs if possible, do to the high firing voltage required up to 20k volts in compairison the operating voltage is around 87volts
