Question Suspension Help!!

for the past few months the ride quality in my 99 TL has been brutal.. the car hits bumps incredibly hard now, not soft like my friends' diamantes, audis, and accords.. i had my uncle (mechanic) install new KYB struts all around, because i heard they rode nice.. the ride is still bumpy as hell!!! is there anything else in my suspension that would cause such a harsh ride?? aren't the regular TL's supposed to be smooth?

Your struts are new, are your coils/springs new too?

nope, my springs are stock, with 88,000 on them.. my mechanic uncle tells me, and i've heard from others that springs wear and become more flimsy, not the opposite.. but what else could it possibly be? does anyone know if a ride can become harder if springs get old?

the ride became really bad before kyb.. the kyb's feel a little better quality-wise, but still too rough, rougher than most other cars that this car is supposed to be smoother than

I'm putting coilovers on my car in the spring, if you want, I'll sell you my stock TL-S suspension.
