Problem with my thermometer.

I have 03 TL-S, and about 2days ago after oil change my thermometer shows 78 F all day long, even tho it's like 100 F outside in Texas.
If anyone have any tip info. I'll be really appreciated.

it is possible to adjust the temp reading/calibration by accident when resetting the oil change reminder system but thats only a 5 degree either way range

if you turn the key ON then push the 2 buttons it goes into temp readout mode instead of oil reset-
there you can adjust it to a known temp like a glass of freezing water should read 32
,,adjust to correct

In the OPs case it may be damaged sensor or wire,,,something damaged by low paid oil changer possibly? like if they used a chain on the car so it doesnt drive off with no oil- that could have hit the sensor
