Problem with my 2000 TL
Sup Guys
Here is the problem im told my Acura TL is doing,
I picked up a 2000 Acura TL from a Auction that was involved in a Front End Accident.
A year later the car is finally fixed
but when you start the car I am told the RPM is revving up and down,
its not throwing a Check Engine Code
When you turn on the Car the CE light goes on normal and then back off but its revving up and down
Any Idea what this problem could be!!

Most likely Its your IACV (idle air control valve) Its located on the bottom of the TB. 2 screws hold it on. Take it off, clean it and add a drop of wd40 to it.

thats the answer!!
Its been sitting and crud froze up the idle control valve
after thats fixed, run some seafoam or redline fuel cleaner thru 1/2 a tank of gas

complete tune up is 2 cans seafoam, engine air filter, and may as well do the cabin air filter now since its been sitting
replace 6 spark plugs, done!!
no plug wires or cap and rotor etc to deal with, treat the coils like fine china
dont need to go crazy with 10 treatments and cleaners--a few times with the right ones will take care of you
important to do fluid changes- especially brake fluid flush, ps fluid,
and a 3 qt ATF change likely be due,, as well as engine oil and filter--some seafoam cleaner in oil before change will do wonders
