Post Pro and Con of 18" rims

I love my 18" rim but it the other hand i'm alwayz sensitive to drive around. U know the thing(you MIGHT BEND your rim). I cant really drive fast in city area like i used to. Right now i'm switching my rim back to stock for winter and It's really EASY to drive anywhere. The extra 2" makes really different. It's really hard to styling. Is it just me or you guyz feel the same as me????!!

...not to mention that super-low-profile tires wear out more quickly and cost scads more money to replace. That, plus the 'easy-to-bend problem' really push TCO skyward. Oh, yeah - lower MPG w/ heavier rims, and slower acceleration, too. And the rims themselves ain't cheap, either. And people like to steal them.

If you are driving slow because you don't want to bend your 18" rims, then I suggest you get 17". I have 17" rims and I drive normal everywhere, including in the city. Of course I try to avoid potholes and uneven roads.
I am also changing back to the stock rims because of the winter. I don't want my rims to get ****ed up in all the snow, ice, and salt on the road.
I guess it all depends on the driver. Some drivers still drive really fast even with 19" rims. My point is no matter what size rims you have, just be really careful. If you are on unfamiliar roads then just drive slow but if you know the road then you can drive fast because you will know where to avoid certain areas.
