2002 TL Type S Hello guys. Today replaced my tensioner pulley and noticed that my power steering belt is rubbing against the timing belt tensioner cover. It has obviously been doing it for some time and had worn a groove into the plastic. Any idea what I can do to fix/adjust the power steering to where this won't touch anymore. I pushed on the cover to see if it was not tight and sticking out some but it didn't move at all. Thank you very much for any assistance!

I just checked my TB covers and they are fastened flush to the front block as they should be.
With that said, there is just enough space to allow the PS belt to clear said covers as a result.
Therefore, my only guess is that you or your mechanic will have to revisit the TB cover area, that has been belt damaged, and determine what is wrong via further disassembly / examination.
Perhaps #3, 4, 6 or 9 rubber gasket has some how 'bunched-up' to push the cover in question out to contact the PS belt???
