Power Lock Behavior Programmable?

Power Lock Behavior Programmable?
I tired searching for the answer with no luck, so this n00b will post it here.
I just inherited a 2003 TL and would like to change the default power lock behavior if possible to be like my 2003 Lexus ES300.
On the Lexus, when it's put into gear, the power locks automatically lock. When you put it back into park, the locks automatically unlock. Seems straight forward, but that's not how they work on my TL. Instead, I'm constantly hitting the lock pop-up by the window and locking all my doors while driving. When I stop, I have to then hit the power unlock button.
It's not huge issue by any means, but if it's possible to reprogram the lock behavior (myself or at the dealer), that would be preferable.
Thanks!

you will get used to the switch locations soon enough and stop hitting the lock
Its good to drive with the doors locked anyway--keeps the crazy person from opening the door and yanking you out--goodbye TL!!
Have a read of the owner manual since you are the full time driver of it now- learn all the tricks
the remote does all it can do without some investment in aftermarket alarm

but yeah i think we cannot change the behavior on our cars
and 9932 it is more then likely your aftermarket alarm that is locking the doors when put into drive
