My 5 month old/5000 mile ABP is sometimes slow to shift from 3rd to 4th when in D5. It will rev up to 4-5K rpm before shifting sometimes, when I'm barely pressing on the gas - driving nicely in other words.

Is this an early tranny problem warning sign? It's been doing it for a month or so.

Could someone put me on the "recurrently poor paint list" please. I'd like to see how long that list is. I have so-called acid rain issues causing wierd speckling in my ABP

As well as the "It's not covered under factory warranty poor paint list" - probably an even longer list.
