Possible problem

Ok, so I'm taking a turn this morning and I hear something slide across my dash, then the noise is gone. Well I forgot that I had placed a small adapter for my ratchet on the dash the night before and it slid into the driverside vents on the dash.

I just wana know if this will screw anything up, should I be worried? or if there is an easy way to retrieve it without taking apart the whole dash.

Depends on how far down it makes it but it shouldnt cause any issues other than a rattle
