I got rearended leaving Mc Donalds today the guy had no ins and no licence I think its just the bumper cover should i claim it or pay for it.
btw I have uninsured motorist,I was on private property so police could not do anything about it so he got off scott free.

 

just pay for it.. unless you want to go thru the hassle of making a claim.

Umm unless he lived in the McD's parking lot in his car, the cops could have arrested him the second he left the lot for driving without a liscence. It wouldn't pay for your bumper, but it would fuck with him which is all you can do.

As for claiming it or not, whats your deductable? The average is about $500 and usually a bumper cover plus paint is roughly $600 so its not really worth it to claim it.

Threaten the ass, make him pay for it or he'll go to jail for a long ass time for no ins. no liscence, and wreckless driving, just put on a game face and get that bastard.
