I NEED TO VENT

they were painting the roads near my house today but they put no signs so i didnt know and i turned on a white line at a corner..

THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY CAR IS FULL OF WHITE PAINT (i got SSM).

i took off all the paint on the side of the car and the bodykit. but there is white paint all over the black inner fender on the right side of the car. and on top of that the stuff i used to take off the white paint took off the SILVER paint too! now the paint is peeling on the right side of the front bumper and i see the black plastic and ill have to pay like 500$ to get that damn thing painted

Im so ****ing mad right now i feel like kicking every ****ing thing i see around me

wow, that really sux. you should find out who it was that was painting the road and sue their azz for not putting up signs

 

Here's the worst. i found out this morning that every plate i took off the white Sh1t there are scratches. so here's what i need painted:


front bumper, rear bumper, whole bodykit, passenger and driver doors on the right side.


that's gonna run me 2000$+

goo-off took ur factory paint off???? I used that to debadge my rear and i had no problem with the paint being removed??? But as for you situation, I would go to town hall and find out the company they used to paint the roads. I believe it is a state and local laws that they must place signs up for any kind of road work.

 

the grafiti remover probably ate at you paint and caused a lot of the damage...try a clay bar next time, just FYI

yeah, I'd check with the city to see why there were no signs put up, but I don't think it's a requirement to put signs up unless work is actively in progress.

also, you can probably make an insurace claim and just pay the deductible.
