sorry but I think they did a lousy job in the styling area..... BORING! Looks like it came off a Camry assembly line

hahhahaahhahahahhaahahhahahhahahahahhahaahhahahahh aahahhahahhahahahahhahaahhahahahhaahahhahahhahahah ahhahaahhahahahhaahahhahahhahahahahhahaahhahahahha ahahhahahhahahahahhahaahhahahahhaahahhahahhahaha

this is what this forum has been going crazy about? this CL looks pretty damn close to the ones out now. except for the 6-speed, looks like the same old CL. So.. if they are planning to change the TL the same way... GO FOR IT!!!

also looks like they moved the heated seats switches, cleared taillights. and more perforated leather

oh, and the "titanium" instead of wood

btw, are the new rims less scratch-prone than the previous ones?

I still don't like the front end, or rear end.
6 speeds would be nice, though.... having 4 gears, ratios close to one another. Does anyone know what the final drive ratio is in 6th gear? Is it the same as the SS 5th?

If your looking for more info, the thread on the LA auto show/2003 cl-s is currently 20 pages long and it's only from yesterday. This is another thread.

Re: Pics of 2003 CL-S 6 Speed!

Does anyone else think those rims are just ugly? While I agree they should have a rim to differentiate it from the regular Type S, that's definetly a step down in styling.

I'm surprised there haven't been more compliments on the brushed aluminum accents. Although I'm in the minority who likes the black "bowling ball", I think that new interior looks even better!
