picked up my 03 TL-S on thurs....
First off I must say I love driving this car.
03 TL-S silver with black and nav
Comptech springs will be here some time this week.
Other cars that I looked at before buying the TL.
Audi:
TT
A4
S4
BMW:
540 (6 speed)
01 M Coupe

I did not go with the Audi for the simple fact that they wanted to play games when it came time to finance the car. The TT 225 was a fun car to drive and the S4 well for the
money it was an all around good car.
BMW:
540 (6 speed): could not find one with low miles
01 M Coupe: had trouble finding the 01.. i wanted one soooo bad.
Plus my Acura deal sold my 97 CL for me. I told the guy I wanted 10,500 for the car and I got it...

Your comptech springs ... a lot of people here seem to like those.
Regarding the S4 -- why did you not buy it? You said it was a good car for the money. I think the TL-S is a good car for your money (and great for tall drivers

I also drove all the same cars you did, But frankly, I bought the TL-S because of the price. The A-4 and S-4 would have been my first choice, except I think they are about 20% overpriced. A good friend has a 540i 6 Speed - NICE! There is no comparing a 540i to a TL-S. As much as I like the TL-S, the 540i is FAR SUPERIOR.

The DVD player in the NAVI will not play standard DVDs just navi maps.
