Very nice, I especially like the one of the tail. But how is this "photo noir"? I thought photo noir was that of a dark nature, reflective of that which was evil, dubious and sinful in nature. I jind of expected a pic of a TL going off a cliff or something...

Anyway, everyone's a critic - color, composition and lighting are all good IMHO, but if anything I'd revisit the 'rule of thirds' for a little more interesting composition in your photos. Basic stuff, really. Good luck!

I though the CL-S rims don't fit on a TL without a kit or do they rub?

To tell you the truth I'm I huge fan of aftermarket mods, especially Wheels but I do have to say "That is sweet" it looks very classy. Good job!!!!! Don't take this the wrong way but it looks factory (Stock) like it's a TL-S In a good way!!!

CL rims look pretty nice on TLs. Your TL looks very clean and I like it!

I think someone commented on how you have only the side skirts.... any comment on that? I think it would perfect the appearance if you slap on the front and the rear kit also... just IMHO.

phat pics man, i like the way that the cl-s rims look on the TL, maybe your car will be the inspiration that acura will need to make the thing. Lokk i said inspiration when u have inspire lights on the car, i make myself laugh . the side skirts also look well on the car and that pic of the froint end with and without the lights on was just great. U have the inspiration to succed in photography, move forth my child.

What color is your car and where are the side skirts from? Are the side skirts from the WW kit or are they from the factory kit?

Thankx to everyone. Really. Everyone is so supportive. Sorry to be all mushy. I'm a Design major so you've all validated my work in a way.
Gomez, I used the word Noir because i'd like to think of my car as my interminable companion through rough times in life. Stupid, huh?
Only wanted the side cuts cuz the whole body kit reminded me of a thunderbird or whatever that American car was. Besides, the front chin spoiler is only good for catching scrapes.
I did my HW and the rims fit, but I used Bridestone Potenza Re730 215/45/17's. No rubbing even on a U turn. The Tires were the best thing i ever did for the car, I think...
M-Toker, they're 17's with Inspire Tails.
I always thought 18's were great, but it always seemed like trying to be something you're not.
A UCLA alum decided to help out this Bruin and sold me his mint rims for 600. My dealership had tons of trouble getting them.
It's lowered with Eibach's 1.25" kit.

Thank you all again.
ANY SUGGESTIONS ON FUTURE MODS? I was never sure about the piaa fog lights. Any comments on that?

nice pics man . what kind of equipment do u use? and what did u use for metering.. those shots are kinda hard to get w/o underexposing (shooting against the sun! ) did you bracket the shots or just meter on something dark? and what focal lengths did u use for those 3/4 front shots and such .. cool perspective.. i like the pic w/ the dog .. interesting angle and depth of field
good job man

i thought with eibach springs TL would be lowered more than 2.0 inches. Yours doesn't seem to be that low, more like comptech's. Guess i was wrong.

Very, very nice work.
The angles for pics 8 & 16 are Acura catalog worthy! Or showroom poster worthy for that matter.

Finally a post w/ CL rims!

Nice job.

There's already a tint. The guy took off my doors to make the tint go under the window sill. it was torturous to watch.

Fiddler, I'm an amateur. I don't quite understand your terminology. Please elaborate if u have the time.

Tshields, I was thinking about adding a woman in the pic and make it the three best things in life, but then i started thinking about food. hmmm.....

Thankx for all the input and encouragement. You guys are the best.

hehe. i'm an amateur also
ok ..
1: what kind of camera did you use?
2: did you use any special settings for shooting against the sun? (light metering)
3: what kind of lenses in millimeters (focal length)(50mm being equivalent of human eye, <50 being wide and >50 being zoom/tele)

Nikon SLR N60

I used a 35 to 85 mm lens.

I used manual settings to keep the aperature open less against the sun.
