has anyone had their parking brake stick or drag on their car?

I had been noticing this for a while now on mine but Acura could ever find anything wrong with it. When I take the em. brake off everything looks fine, the brake light comes off, but the car doesn't want to go anywhere, it drives so damn slow. The only thing that really helps is pressing and releasing the em. brake again until it works. Then when I park, the brake doesn't seem like its really holding well b/c the car rocks back anyway. Any ideas?

 

are you sure that its the parking brake? why are you using it any way? the only way for it to stick is if you use it. it wont come on automaticly

 

I have to use it my driveway is on a hill and I don't want my car rolling back...i just got it out of the shop and it turns out its not the parking brake anyway, its my gas pedal sticking
