Thumbs up ParkAvenueAcura

I'd like to pass on a recommendation for both this dealership in Maywood, NJ and a particular Sales Specialist, Mr. Richard Bruce. His direct line is 201 587-9000, x215. Having gone through a number of dealers in Northern New Jersey, Mr. Bruce and Park Avenue were head and shoulders above the others. Obviously it's a rather subjective viewpoint, but I hope it helps in the "weeding out" process.
All bets are off if my Type-S goes awry, however (just kidding - I hope).

It's funny to see all the Acura salesman pluggin' themselves online -- there are a few in the earlier TL-S topics as well as a few in the TL Discussion.

Cool

No, I'm not Mr. Bruce (and that's easily verified, I'd guess). It just seems that Sales Associates (read car salesmen/women) take more of a hit than necessary. When one is decent, it seems to be overlooked. As previously mentioned, it's a subjective judgement, but hopefully not a terribly blinded one.
Caveat Emptor.

I bought a WDP/Parchment TL Type S. The base price was 29.5K with wheel locks. I also added the wood meter trim and splashguards afterward. Several of the dealers I had gone to were within that range. The only stipulation was that whatever I selected had to be on the lot (rather than having them having to trade for a specific color). Since Park Ave. had a good selection at the time, that wasn't an issue. Good luck with your search!
