Well I'm sure you guys have read me complaining of transmission and headlight problems. After bringing my car to my dealer(Ramsey) numerous times complaining about my problems and them not doing jack shit about it, I finally brought in my car to Park Ave Acura last week. In one of my previous posts i've wrote that one of my headlights were dimmer than the other. They replaced both. My tranny was shifting hard in between 2nd and 3rd gear. They replaced the whole transmission. The car runs great now. I know i'm not the first person to say this but I highly recommend Park Ave Acura to anyone in the Tri-State area. Even if your'e not from the area, it's worth the extra troop for this type of service. Wayne, Vinny, Pete.........A million thanks!

BTW. Besides leaving the dealership today with a once again great runnin' car, I got me Park Ave- Tee's, EZ Pass holder, and a mini first aid kit.

Was all that work covered under the warrenty?

 

Replaced the whole transmission? What year and how many miles you got on your TL?

Doopstr- Yes all the work was covered under waranty.

Devils Advocate- Yup they replaced the whole tranny.....I have a 99 with 48K miles
