Lightbulb Painting OEM TL-S rims?

Has anyone painted their OEM TL-S rims? I have seen a CL-S with his OEM rims smoked (not 100% black, just dark) and I was wondering if anyone has done this to their TL-S rims and how it looks.

Yeah I hope you meant painting, not PC. Our wheels are powdercoated. The clear finish is powdercoated onto the wheel.
