Painting OEM Sideskirts

So I stayed up till 3:50am to outbid this one guy on some OEM Sideskirts and am teh WInNAr. I'd say for $150 it was a pretty good deal. Only thing is they are green, should I sand it down before I take it to the paintshop to save myself some bucks?

Unless you know what you are doing as far as sanding, yes, If not you will cost your self more money in the prep time for them to fix what you did.
