i DIY'ed with my friends. Being a poor student, I didn't want to spend money to get a shop to do it for me.
I think if I get to choose again, I would buy a set of used blacked out headlights. That would save some frustration and time, given that the price isn’t too $$. I have a feeling buying the a-spec lights from dealer would be pretty costly.
afterall, this is supposed to be a cheap mod!

You don't have to remove the whole front bumper to get the bottom grill off do ya? That would be a pain.

you should buy from craigs list put a wanted ad or search other areas insted of just yours. i would spray paint from a can if i painted it black
