For those who use the Optima RedTop, I just want to confirm if this battery fits an 02 TL correct?

Just bought this at Costco, this will fit my car without causing any electrical problems correct?

 

If physical size is about the size of oem battery, then you are good with it.

Definitely you will not have problem with electrical issue.

 

That is correct. Don't forget to use the included spacer so that the optima battery terminals are close in height with the battery cables.

 

Ok I installed the 75/35 today and it didnt seem to fit too right. Then when I connected the terminals to start my car, it did not start (probably an uncharged battery or defective one). So I took it back to Costco, returned it and bought the 34/78. It fitted a lot better than the 75/35 (with the spacer). When I started the car, it started up fast.

 

I have the 34/78 on my car and fitment was perfect. Great battery.
