It's been a year now, and I still love my TLS as though it was the first day! I think most owners will agree there is nothing better than:

-Seeing your TLS roll out of the car wash and everyone follows it as it goes by!

-Seeing a group of 20 year old hip-hop kids to a double take when they see you rolling up to a stop sign.

-Staring from your office window at your car... just waiting for lunch time.

-Having someone ride with you for the first time.

-Having someone you has riden in it 100 times... and still says, "damn this thing is a rocket!"

-Having the confidence to blow the doors off almost anything on the road.

-Feeling like a wolf in sheeps clothing... (Not the the TL-S Looks bad!!)

-Knowing you have something a bit more original than the guy next to you in a 3-Series.

-Seeing a maxima owner, because you know he's thinking... "Look what I could have had!"

Just my re-cap of the past year! Rock on!

I totally agree with you. I have my 99 TL for over 3 1/2 years now and I still love it like it's the first day I took her off the lot. Plus all the mods helped a little.

I've now had my TL-S for over a year, and I must say that is a great summary! I look forward to driving this thing everyday!

You forgot one thing though.....Girls reactions when they get in the car and see the navigation system in action. "Navigation leads to penetration"

 

Great replies everyone. Sorry it took me a few days to check back to the boards. Seems there is so much crap on the boards.... I just wanted everyone to remember how much they love their cars. I sure do... and it hasn't changed a bit. I was feeling a litle creative, and it wasn't too hard to come up with great reasons why the car is so hot!

 

3 months later and 3400 miles later and I am still loving it as well! Only complaints so far:

- Didn't get the navigation
- ABP is so hard to keep clean (wash once a week but the car collects pollen like a mofo (ordered Zaino last week so hopefully get it soon!)
- Can't afford mods right now!

All in all I love this car!

 

Now I love her even more since I just got my comptech headers installed yesterday!

 

I want headers! I better win them this weekend at PAA!

 

They are not going to give headers away. But you can try to win a CAI.
