I installed my Cai tonight and now my one touch power window up and down does not work...i had to disconect the battery to do the install....i reset the stereo..and the memory seating but i cant get the auto window to work...does anyone know if there is a way to reset it or something so i can get it working again...

 

this happened to me numerous times i mess with electrical, it always restarts itself in a day or two.... give it a day and keep trying it

 

thanks .....i guess i wil have to wait and see...hopefully it will comeback...still it doesnt make sense ..you would think it would come back right away ...why the delay??

 

happened to me too, comes bak itself so dont worry.

 

what you have to do is. turn the ignition til the power comes on but dont start the car. roll the window up and when it gets to the top hold it there for 5 sec. Then bring it down and when it gets to the bottom hold it there for 5 sec...

You know have auto up and down...

 

I notice if you have the LockOut switch in the off position (so no passengers can open/close their window) it will not work on the auto mode. When in the on position it will work.

Thank you all....i got it to work again .....this site is amazing ....thanks..Mr ...i will post some picks of the AEM cai if anyone wants.....it was time consuming but overall not to bad to install...

 

Mine went out at 7900miles and dealer had to reset it.

kool def gotta try the fix mine works most of the time but somtimes doesnt hopefully this will get the problem fixed peace
