One more thing to get before I hit the track....

I can't wait.....This Saturday I get my last planned mod before hitting the track, a set of 17" SSR Competition Wheels (gunmetal) on 225-50-17 tires (Conti's). Wheels weigh 14.5 lbs each. I want to see what a TL-P will do with every decent bolt on there is, so with headers,CAI, Mugan cooling mods, UR pulley and light wheels we will see. The car will be as light as I can make it and I'll wait for a cool day as well. Want to have a really good all NA car for daily use. Sure I'd like a Type-S but I bought mine just before they came out and decided to stick with it as it's been 99% problem free.

after you get wheels, you should think about boring out the throttle body and having the intake manifold port matched. should give you pretty good gains.

How long did it take you to do that cleanup job? Did you use the same gaskets?

Where can you bore a throttle body out and the intake manifold port matched at? I tried several shops in Boca Raton and West Palm Beach and they all said they can't do it, and they said I would have to buy a bigger throttlebody...?
