I think he just added an s for more hits when searching. He does have the type-s wheels, I think that is why. Everyone knows by the headights it is 99-01 non type-s

I wrote an e-mail to these guys and asked them why they are doing false advertisment.....and he wrote back

you are right, it is not a s-type, but it has a s-type package.

The "S package" should come with a 260Hp engine. I don't see he says anything about the engine.
