omg someone plz help

well, i was removing my subs and amp and i left the wires hanging around the trunk. The black and red wires touched each other and made a spark. The radio stopped working and it doesnt turn on anymore. THe weird thing is that i can still hear the cd player changer changing and switching tracks. I started the car and tried to move the car but the shifter wont move! Its stuck or sumthing. Does it have to do with a fuse? I mean, why doesnt the shifter move? Omg i dont know what to do. Someone please help.

Try disconnecting the battery, wait 5 minutes and reconnect it again. You may have to reprogram the radio settings. I think what you had was a short.

Check the fuses too...you may have blown them due to the short. Hopefully that's all it is.

Yeah check all fuses.
One time I blew a horn fuse installing a air horn in my civic a few years ago and I couldnt take it out of park also. The way to bypass it is to stick the key in the shift unlock and move the shifter to neutral. That will allow you to turn the car on. You will be able to drive it then.
