OMG it does not look good

Got a call from Junior last night around midnight. He was nearby house in my car and says "engine light came on, car felt like it was shaking then all other warning lights came on. Hmmm sounds suspiciously like a tranny failure to me. For those that have read my other posts the tranny had already been replaced by original owner. It's still too dark now to go look myself but I'm not too optimistic. Just what I need now. OMG!

Will report in later with update.

So the original owner stated Acura replaced the tranny correct? Did you input your VIN and register with Acura? Take the car to Acura itself and see what they say.

Car shaking can be the coil packs too.

If literally all of your other warning lights went on....I would suspect an electrical problem...but yea...get the codes. And just because the car was shaking doesn't mean it was the trans...was the car in motion at the time, or in park?

i think the best thing to do, scratch that, the ONLY thing to do here would be to; smack the boy around till he starts shaking!!!

It's towed to an Acura dealer this morning, will wait for diagnosis.
Hopefully I was freaking for no good reason..remains to be seen though.

Been stressed to hell and back about other stuff and really really do not have spare cash at this point to spend.

Be sure to check the ignition key switch. Caused me major grief until I figured out what was going on. I posted a thread about here somewhere.
