I think I'm going to have to agree with juniorbean on this one. I first started reading this and I kind of felt bad about this post but as I read on, my opinion changed completely. I'm 21 and I work VERY hard for my TL and at the same go to school. I dont think anyone has the right to patronize another

This is a very amusing post. Age is a state of physical and mental well-being...and that's a fact. I'm 37 and I'm essentially the same guy I was at 21. You younger guys on here are essentially no different than I was. In my day (god that sounds old) we used to buy Toronado mirrors and Monza exhaust, and Weber carbs...it's all the same shit, just a different generation. JUST WAIT UNTIL YOU GUYS HIT 30!!! It happens before you know it. Ha ha ha...

Actually, as the saying goes, you're only as old as the girl you feel.....

Less than 17% of TL drivers are under 30. 19% are between 55 and 70. The largest number by a wide margin (63.6%) are between 30 and 54. Sorry kids, you picked the wrong car if you were going for "youthful". By the way, this closely matches the target market Acura was originally aiming for.
BarryH,

Where did you get this data? I'd love to see this kind of thing for any number of cars.

Thanks,

You have to be a subscriber to the J.D. Powers marketing report service. My company subscribes. I guess you could get a personal subscription but it's probably expensive.

Hey juniorbean, next time read and comprehend the post before you reply to it. You missed my point in the second paragraph that I do not assume anything about how anyone can afford their car.

I work in technology and understand the boom in employment. Many young folks I work with are driving nice cars too. With the economy slowing down, you can get a nice lease on a TL.
