I had Raybrig R112 Hyperwhites in my rear turn signals. They were really bright... then again I have a '99 so my bulb size is 7440. I got mine from prolightstar or xtremewhite, I can't remember.

put a regular white bulb, it looks bright and clean. I changed my 99 to the 02 tails and left the bulbs. Never got pulled over with regular white not hyper bulbs.

what do you mean exactly by "regular white"? you mean those cheapy clear bulbs that you can get at any hardware store for like a buck or less? i'm actually kinda curious how those would look vs the stock amber bulbs. for sure it'll get rid of the fried egg look, but wondering if they are bright enough.

blinding drivers behind isn't what i'm looking for cuz i already use hyperwhites n i wanna switch back to amber/yellow output but without the egg yolk look on my white tails. the plain clear bulbs don't give out any hint of yellow at all? COMPLETELY white?? a tiny bit of yellow would protect me from the cops although i have yet to get a tix for my hyperwhites.

which brand of hyperwhites have people found to be really bright? I picked up a pair of PIAA's last night and compared that 27w bulb with a stock bulb and didn't see any difference?!?!?

not blinding at all, and yes I think they are cheap and you can get them anywhere. I like the way it looks and the are bright enough but not blindinf at all! try them out with the clear light it looks very nice and clean and you should not get pulled over becasue they do not look blue, you can say they are stock because mine actually are. I have a 99 and changed the lights, they were white becasue I had the old lights with the amber in them.

Im using Eaglite Rear and Front Turn Signals. I think they are 1157 and 1156... The front has a dual filiment and the rear has a single filiment.

My Raybrig R112s were incredibly bright. Easily twice as bright as stock. When I used my turn signals at night, I'd light up the whole road and street signs behind me.

why would you want to blind the drivers behind you at night?? you're just making yourself more noticeable to cops. i have 27w hyperwhites and i kinda wish i went with a lower wattage.
