Oil treatments
my 02 is coming up to 120,000 miles and I've noticed this winter there has been a little bit of a sluggish feel. I seafoamed a year ago and I'm definitely going to be doing that once it stops raining and it's nicer out but I was curious about oil treatments. I use Mobil 1 now and change my oil about every 5,000k miles. I saw an ad about Restore oil treatment and was curious if anyone has tried it and if there were thoughts in general about additives. Thanks!

I wouldnt recommend any of those treatments. Most of them are really thick and would put unnecessary strain on your oil pump.
When was the last time you did a major service? (timing belt, plugs, etc.) I would go the maintenance route before anything else.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO on any treatments
OK to seafoam the oil just before change to clean the oil passageways
VTEC runs off oil pressure changes so any stuff added will mess with that.
120- assuming you did the 105 major service? with new spark plugs?
seafoam it again- use the `new` directions with vac port at TB.
NOT the old directions using small hose that feeds the rear of the manifold- thats a bogus hose a ziner discovered! only feeds 3 cylinders ooops
Some seafoam or BG44 or redline in the gas tank cleans other parts of the system

I did timing belt and plugs about 5k miles ago and changed my filter right before winter. I can't think of anything else except seafoam when it gets nicer. It could just be me as well

And nothing bad was meant by my question. Just asking for others answers to it.
