When I have an Acura repair, I TRY to exclusively use OEM parts. When I get the Acura part number for said part, I always cross reference it to a Honda online vendor to first see if it is interchangeable and secondly how much LESS it costs. If that does not satisfy my research, then I cross reference the part #, for a third time, with RockAuto to see if they have anything aftermarket that I would like to settle for. Then make a decision. It's just an OLD habit.
The Fel-Pro gasket, in your Autozone link, would be an example of an aftermarket part I would have no problem using. I used a Fel-Pro lower intake manifold set on my mothers Olds Alero V6, 11 years ago, and the gaskets have stood the test of time.

Well it is done. Alone job is in difficulty 3/10. If you look for problems try to disconnect solenoid and sensor connectors. I tried for a few minutes and figure out it would be pita and a 9/10 job. So just opened 3 bolts and swing oil filter housing to side and replaced gasket. In video up guy work at Odissey. At my type s is not space to disconnect solenoid connector from top and from down only with 2 long flat screw drivers, but it would be sort of art manage to do it. Will know in a few weeks if it was cause of oil leak.
