Smoke from engine (Video)

The car was in the garage for two weeks, then it starts fine but smoke start coming out of the engine compartment. I believe that oil is burning at the edge of the block, what you guys think. What should I replace? Here a video from the car.

Acura CL Type S 01
107,000 Milles
No maintenance for almost 5 years only regular oil chance, fuel and a lot of WOT.

valve cover gaskets have rotted and thats oil burnign and escaping.

also, there is a problem between the seat and the steering wheel.

how the fuck do u expect your car to last with no maintenance for 5 years?

looks like valve cover gasket.
My step farther has a 86 TA with 12,000miles he didn't touch it for years and had to replace all gasket including valve seals.
Easy fix thou, for most.

to me it looks like the smoke is coming from the headers, not the valve covers

my engine did the same thing after i installed it but it stopped by itself

Coquis getting cooked? I'm just kidding, have you taken off the header heat shield in the front to see if any debris has gathered there? It is an easy thing to check before you go replacing head gaskets.

Since you are at 107,00 miles now, it would probably be a good idea to get the 105k mile service done, especially since the car is driven in Puerto Rico (I am very familiar with the style of driving done there lmao). Timing belt, spark plugs, water pump, etc.

If I was in your shoes, I would have a mechanic check it out asap. You are definately burning oil or something, pretty badly. I would not continue driving it at all until fixed.

Are you getting any new noises with the smoke?
How long was the car sitting?

^ start there and look for oil run down.
Also, when I worked in a junkyard we would see all the time mice would crawl in were ever they could and make a home.
Is that possible?

what did they do if it was sitting at the shop for 2 weeks???
seems like they replaced the exhaust or something, seems like rust pententrant (spelling?) and it should burn off quickly

try 5 plug wires (out of six) a couple completely and others nibbled, like 2 injecters and the data link connecter on a early 90's ford exploder and the f***er is still running (barely though, but enough to pull in )

or a subaru where the mice built a nice nest on top of the cabin air filter and i think they were still driving it too (might have been sitting though), no wires at least, but the complaint was no air flow from the hvac fan

I had my old Civic sitting in my driveway for a few months. One day I went into the glovebox and apparently a squirrell made it a hiding spot for all its acorns. I lol'd.

I know you are asking the OP, but I've been to puerto rico many times including a trip across the island last time I was there. In total, I saw 3 second gen CLs, one of those a type S. I saw about four first gen CLs. They are pretty damn rare, most of the acuras I see there are integras and some rsxs.
