Go to the dealer if you can't do it yourself. Jiffy lube can easily fuk things up and won't take any responsibility. Besides, they will more likely use wrong oil and crappy filter. Oil change at the dealer is like $26, don't be cheap.

The best thing you can do is bring your own oil and filter to the dealer, and have them install it.

I bring the oil and filter, I want them to use and they only charge me 13.00$ ! Not bad. Don`t ask how much the oil and filter runs me. Redline oil, and a Moble-1 Filter.
Your correct about going to a jiffy lube or others just like that.

I use to bring my wife new truck to them, in one year. They stripped out the drain plup 3 times, crossed treaded the oil filter once and forgot to put oil in it once also!
Untill it out of warrenty, I`ll take it to the Dealer.

Good Luck!

I buy my Royal Purple and Purolator One filter elsewhere, and take it to the dealer who changes it for $9.76 (includes tax)...I do this because I get a car wash (by hand) and vacuum on every visit! They actually do a d@mn good job cleaning the car which is worth more than $10 to me!

Yes it does, however it will be enthusiastically performed by the hairy and overweight mechanic, Bob. In actuality, you have to pay an extra 5 bucks for avoid the deed altogether.

I'd pay the extra 5 bucks.

I get my oil change @ Marin Acura in Corte Madera. They charge $32 but on their website they have a $5 off coupon. You can also bring in any other Acura dealer coupon and they'll match it.
