Oil Change

It's almost that time for my TL's first oil change. I plan to purchase my own oil and filter and let the dealer do it for me. Do you guys know what type of oil filters our car uses? If so, where can I purchase one? I have a 2003 TL-P. Thanks in advance.

OEM filters should be just fine. fram makes good filters too, but they make 3+ different types. if you're going to bother buying the oil and filter yourself, might as well do the oil change yourself.

If the dealer is going to do it for you, then use Honda filter. which is what they use. I personally use K&N oil filters.

TL 3.2L V6 F/I K&N Oil Filter "HP-1004"

Buy at http://www.knfilters.com/online.htm

For oils you could get Mobil 1 super sync, valvoline sync or Redline http://www.redlineoil.com/products.htm

10w30, 5w30, 5w20 should work fine our cars.

no, do NOT buy fram...they suck balls. purolator, bosch, STP, and AMSOIL make good ones. check these 2 links out on filters:
