alright guys, i was lookin at the caliper paint again, and it seems a lil too light. i remember someone painted theyre calipers dark blue, but i just dont remember who. the search isnt workin very well either. so if you guys could tell me which brand of paint to use, id appreciated very much. thankz!

Im doin the procedure (wash/claybar/wash/polish/wax) on my dadz car. Ill post picz tonight, seein that it will take me a while. but nevertheless it should be fun!

 

Dont worry guys, all you 17,16,18 year olds arnt alone, theres plenty of us out here, im a 16 year old TL owner also, 17 in 2 weeks. After i get paided for work this month, the modding will begin

The Cdn 99 TL does not come in A-Spec (only the '03 TL-S does), unless you added the A-Spec parts yourself. If you did, where did you order the A-Spec parts from? As far as I know, you need to own an A-Spec to get A-Spec parts (Acura will not sell you A-Spec parts, I've checked a few months ago and they won't budge).

wow....how the hell do you keep a car so clean for so long

 

i grew up in that car! we've had it since the early '90's its an 86 model. its almost as old as i am. its amazing how the paint can last if taken care of. my dad was always complaining about not being able to get the hardwater spots that had built up on the roof, but i put the claybar to the test and after a few runs it was smooth as silk. id like to thank everyone on this forum for all the valuable information that was gained on car care and the like.
